I've been formally trained in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering with experience working across the Caribbean, Europe and North America.
In 2010, I started my career in the role of Process Improvement Specialist following a Graduate Engineer Programme designed to develop future General Managers at one of the largest manufacturing conglomerates in the Caribbean.
As a prospective future executive in the group, I was fortunate to be trained and mentored by senior executives in all aspects of business operations, including the world-class Coca-Cola Business Systems.
Beyond my subsequent entrepreneurial experience of creating tech-driven businesses since 2015, I've also been awarded various global Business and Leadership Certifications, including the Maxwell Leadership Certification as a Coach, Speaker and Trainer in 2013.
As a Leadership Coach and Advisor, I naturally specialise in helping Engineering, Manufacturing and Technology companies but I've supported a range of other types of organisations including some in the Financial Services sector.
