Career Journey, Qualifications and Certifications
I've been formally trained in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering with experience working across the Caribbean, Europe and North America.
In 2010, I started my career in the role of Process Improvement Specialist following a Graduate Engineer Programme designed to develop future General Managers at one of the largest manufacturing conglomerates in the Caribbean.
As a prospective future executive in the group, I was fortunate to be trained and mentored by senior executives in a wide range of business operations, including the world-class Coca-Cola Business Systems.
Beyond my subsequent entrepreneurial experience of creating tech-driven businesses since 2015, I've also been awarded various global Business and Leadership Certifications, including the Maxwell Leadership Certification as a Coach, Speaker and Trainer in 2013.
As a Leadership Coach and Advisor, I naturally specialise in helping STEM Leaders (e.g. system architects, engineers, technical managers and executives), STEM-heavy organisations and divisions like Engineering Services, Manufacturing, Technology and Financial Services companies. I've helped a range of other types of organisations over the past decade.

AND PHILANTHROPY
As a Husband and Dad of 2, one of my personal missions is to make a positive global impact on future generations via my skills and the systems I've built in re-imagining the application of engineering to individual and organisational leadership.
Periodically, you may find me leading projects to help children prepare for future success via educational, personal development programmes and media within my Pilly Pelican children's leadership brand or at I Am A Girl NGO, founded by my wife.
Prevention is better than correction. Shaping behavioural patterns is easier than breaking and reforming them later.
In my character as "Engineer Greg", I lead the design and creation of educational resources and programmes which cover the same concepts that I share with adults but delivered in a more child-friendly, fun and engaging style.
